Co-Founder
Adrianne Hill LPN, MSHE, CPR Instructor
Is a dedicated nurse, educator, and community advocate with over 20 years of experience serving in both private and government health systems. Throughout her career, she has remained deeply committed to improving health outcomes through education, prevention, and compassionate care.
Adrianne is a Certified CPR Trainer in Adult and Pediatric CPR, First Aid, and AED, accredited through the American Red Cross, with more than four years of hands-on training experience. She also serves as a Health Educator for Community Health Workers supporting communities across the state of Virginia, where she plays a vital role in advancing health knowledge and preparedness at the grassroots level.
Driven by a passion for teaching and empowering others, Adrianne believes that saving lives begins with education. Her mission is to equip individuals with the confidence and skills needed to care for themselves and their loved ones in critical moments. Known for her caring, compassionate nature, she is especially committed to giving back to her community by training schools, parents, neighborhoods, churches, first responders, workplaces, and community organizations in life-saving techniques.
In 2026, Adrianne co-founded Rapid Response CPR Training Services LLC alongside her dearest and lifelong friend, Keeauna Fazarro, whom she attended nursing school with. Built on more than 20 years of shared growth, trust, and dedication to service, their partnership reflects a deep-rooted commitment to community empowerment. Together, they founded Rapid Response CPR Training Services LLC with a shared vision: to give back in a meaningful way by preparing communities to respond, act, and save lives when it matters most.

Keeauna Fazarro LPN, CPR Instructor
Is the Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Rapid Response CPR Training Services and a Licensed Practical Nurse with over 20 years of experience in healthcare and caregiving. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to supporting individuals and families through some of their most critical moments, always emphasizing compassion, preparedness, and excellence.
She is a Certified Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED and First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor through American Red Cross Training Services, bringing nationally recognized standards and hands-on expertise to every class she teaches.
Rapid Response CPR Training Services was founded alongside her closest friend and long-time nursing classmate, Adrianne Hill. The two met in nursing school as part of the Class of 2005 and have shared over 20 years of friendship, professional growth, and a deep commitment to service. Their partnership is rooted in trust, shared values, and a lifelong dedication to helping others.
Keeauna’s passion for CPR training was born from a desire to ensure that no one in her community is ever left feeling helpless in an emergency. She believes that preparation saves lives—and that confidence can make the difference between panic and action.
Known for her approachable teaching style and strong leadership, Keeauna blends professional excellence with genuine care. Her goal is not only to certify participants, but to prepare everyday people to become calm, capable responders when seconds matter most.
Through her work, she continues to build a trusted, community-centered training organization grounded in experience, integrity, and purpose.
