Policies
Attendance & Tardy Policy
Participants are expected to arrive on time and be prepared for the full duration of the course. Arrival more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time will result in denial of entry to the course. Late participants will need to reschedule. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals. Because CPR training includes required instructional time and hands-on skill evaluation,
late entry is not permitted.
Online (Blended Learning) Course Requirement
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Participants must cancel within 48 hours of registration to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after 48 hours of registration are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for missed classes, late arrivals, incomplete sessions, or failure to meet certification requirements.
Participation & Skills Evaluation Requirement
Professional Conduct
To ensure a safe and respectful learning environment:
Participants must demonstrate respectful and professional behavior toward instructors and other students.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the course. No refunds will be issued for dismissal due to conduct violations.
Certification Failure & Retesting Policy
If a participant does not pass the certification requirements:
They must wait 30 days before registering to test again.
Both the online portion (if applicable) and the in-person skills session must be completed again. Full course registration and payment will be required.
For blended learning courses:
The online learning component must be completed in full prior to attending the in-person skills session.
Participants must present proof of completion at the skills session.
Failure to complete the online portion will prevent participation in the skills session.
No refunds will be issued for incomplete online coursework.
Certification cannot be issued without successful completion of both portions.
All participants must:
Actively participate in the course. Demonstrate all required skills according to current certification standards. Successfully complete the written and/or skills assessments as required.
If a participant is unable to demonstrate all required skills:
Certification will not be issued.
No refunds will be provided.
